About Me
Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker #121288
Supervised by Jeni Woodfin, LMFT #107447
My journey into psychology and mental health has been driven by a lifelong passion for understanding and helping people. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Cal State Fullerton and a master's in social work with a concentration in mental health from University of Texas at Arlington.
I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP), and I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety. I believe wholeheartedly that no one should feel trapped by intrusive thoughts or compulsions, and I'm dedicated to guiding my clients towards freedom and peace of mind.
I also have a deep commitment to working with couples. Through attachment-based therapies and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), I help partners enhance their emotional connections and improve relationship dynamics. Witnessing the positive transformation in relationships is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, or relationship issues, I'm here to offer compassionate support and effective strategies tailored to your unique needs. Let's work together to create positive change and achieve your goals.
